About Us
Inspire Orphans Luminary Foundation (IOLF) is a Pakistan-based non-profit organization supporting orphans and vulnerable children. We are dedicated to transforming young lives by providing holistic care, quality education, healthcare and emotional support to those who need it most. Founded on the vision of “no child left behind”, we strive to create a nurturing environment where every orphaned child can thrive with hope, dignity and purpose.
- وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ مِسْكِينًۭا وَيَتِيمًۭا وَأَسِيرًا إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَآءًۭ وَلَا شُكُورًا

What We Do – A Holistic Approach to Orphan Care
We take a holistic, child centered approach, to care addressing not only immediate survival needs, but also long term development and emotional well-being. Why We Exist, Because Every Child Deserves a Champion
Pakistan is home to over 4 million orphans, many of whom lack access to quality education, healthcare and emotional support. They face a greater risk of child labor, abuse, exploitation and mental trauma. We believe that this is not just a statistic, it’s a moral emergency.
Every child is born with dreams. At IOLF, we work to ensure that no child’s dream is extinguished by loss, poverty or neglect.

Who We Are – A Team of Purpose-Driven Professionals
What makes IOLF unique is our 100% volunteer led leadership. Our founding members includes chartered accountants, engineers, technologists and social sector advocates, who bring not just professional acumen, but personal passion. Each of them has committed time, skills and resources, without drawing a single rupee in compensation.
This model keeps our overheads nearly zero and ensures that 100% of donor contributions go directly towards orphan care. We operate with full financial integrity, all donations go through traceable bank transfers and we welcome audits and inquiries from any donor, at any time.
Hassan Murad –
President
A seasoned chartered accountant with years of experience at multinational firms, Hassan leads IOLF with a focus on transparency and good governance. His financial stewardship ensures every donation is used effectively for the children’s welfare.
M Ahmer Naeem - VP - Technology & Awareness
Ahmer holds advanced degrees in computer science and brings 14+ years of tech industry experience. He oversees our digital infrastructure and innovation, helping IOLF leverage technology for scale and accountability.
Hasan Jalil -
VP Operations
Hasan is an engineering double gold-medalist and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). With 16 years in corporate leadership, he guides IOLF’s strategic growth and project execution, ensuring our programs are impactful and sustainable.
Bilal Pasha -
VP UAE
Bilal is a global finance leader with 15+ years managing finances in top corporations across UAE, Thailand, and Pakistan. He specializes in financial strategy and ensures IOLF remains financially sustainable and ready to expand its reach responsibly.
Haseeb Tahir -
VP Orphans Care
Haseeb, an engineering management professional, heads a consulting firm and has over a decade of leadership experience. He champions operational excellence and transparency at IOLF, and is always innovating ways to improve our service delivery.
Salman Hassan -
VP Finance
A chartered accountant and owner of an audit firm, Salman manages IOLF’s financial operations. He ensures strict financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and that every rupee is accounted for – reinforcing our commitment to integrity.
Muhammad Ali Abdullah
- VP Orphans Care
Ali is a distinguished chartered accountant and CFO in the corporate sector, with 14+ years of strategic financial management experience. Also a passionate philanthropist, he has spent 15 years on community initiatives. Ali brings a blend of corporate savvy and humanitarian heart to our board, ensuring we stay mission-focused and effective.
